Our Commitment to Greater Sustainability

When we look around at the picturesque landscape of Val Canali, we cannot help but strive to protect the natural environment to the best of our ability. For this reason, in collaboration with the San Martino Tourism Association, we have developed a simple yet effective sustainability concept. Here, we would like to present our measures and invite you to join us in caring for our environment.

Our Measures at a Glance

Waste Separation

Whether it's glass, plastic, or paper waste, we meticulously separate everything to make recycling easier.

Avoiding Plastic

We make a great effort to avoid single-use products and plastic packaging. Instead, we focus on using alternatives made from FSC-certified recycled paper. We highly value direct contact with producers and suppliers and aim to use regional products with short supply chains whenever possible.

Natural Washing

We use natural, plant-based organic detergents, because even small gestures make a difference.

Zero-Waste Menu

To minimize kitchen waste as much as possible, we carefully plan our menu in advance.

Environmentally Friendly Mobility

We gladly show our guests the various ways to explore the region and reach us using public transport, which can be accessed for free with the Trentino Guest Card.
