We do not compare ourselves to one of the gourmet restaurants between Primiero and San Martino di Castrozza, we are a little out of the ordinary, but one thing is certain: what we serve, we prepare it with extreme care! What we do is take traditional recipes and offer them in an innovative way, without seeking the eccentric, but rather capturing their essence and focusing on the quality of the ingredients, strictly farm-to-table. An example? While previously the char from our streams used to be grilled, we create a fresh tartare. From polenta prepared with the ancient variety of Sponcio corn to tasty dishes based on game from our woods, from craft beer to aromatic grappas: our menu is an ode to Trentino. Even the internal and external environments testify to the love for our land: the restaurant has a room covered in wood in the primrose style, a typical wooden stube with a characteristic tiled stove and a spacious room that can accommodate up to forty diners. You can also have meals on the large outdoor terrace, surrounded by fir trees and Dolomite pinnacles. At Cant del Gal, sitting down for a meal is a pleasure!
